Joe was fantastic to work with. Needed parcel survey for HOA fence installation approval and Joe submitted a sketch with a quote within 4hrs of my inquiry online. His communication is timely and his work solid. We had a survey sketch, quote, work done and recorded within few days time. Lastly, his pricing is at least 40% cheaper than the larger land surveying firms in the east valley.

Survey Joe and his Team are Definitely #1 in my book. Quick summary, I sent out about 10 emails for land survey request that night and received a couple back the next day and some days later. I don't know about everyone else but for me communication is key and if you don't do that good then I just don't deal. But Survey Joe stood out because he was quick to respond, professional and had good reviews (which I always read before deciding on a company). He had already done his research when he responded back via email with record documents pertaining to the property and had me scheduled right away before my closing deadline. I just want to say that he is very responsive, communication is excellent(via email and phone) and does what he says he is going to do! Just overall good company and makes you feel like your money is being well spent for services provided. (Yes pricing was on point!) I HIGHLY Recommend!!!
